The official Carrd for the 2025 Jayvik Holiday Exchage Event, scheduled to start in September and complete in December!
Exchange Guidelines
This event will not allow NSFW, however, it is still restricted for adults.Fanart and/or fanfiction are allowed and expected. You must submit at least one piece of art or writing, but you can gift both if finished by the deadline.No skill level requirements.You must make a finished art piece (no rough sketches) or a fanfic with a minimum of 2,000 words.Your piece is required to prominently feature Jayce and Viktor as a romantic pairing.Please take your recipient’s wish list into heavy consideration when creating your piece.Updates and progress check-ins will be sent via email as well as via the dedicated Discord server, so please provide an email address you check regularly on the sign-up form and be active and mindful of your Discord notifications. If you miss two or more check-ins, you may be removed from the event.Do not share the name of your recipient or any WIPs of your project until the posting period begins - this is meant to be a surprise gift!If you need an extension or need to drop out, please contact the mods ASAP via email, DMs, or Discord.Remember to thank the person who makes a gift for you!

✦ How does the exchange work?
✧ Mods will assign each participant to create a fanwork gift for another participant. All works are required to be finished by a set deadline, and are not publicly revealed until that time.✧ Every participant will create a custom gift for someone and receive one made specifically for them in return.✧ This being a holiday exchange, you are highly encouraged to request and make gifts themed around any holidays that take place during the posting period.
✦ If I have to drop out, what will happen to my recipient?
✧ If you need to drop out, your gifter will be notified and reassigned a new recipient. Likewise, your recipient will be matched to a new gifter.✧ Please let us know in advance about needing to drop out so we can keep the event organized and assure everyone receives a gift!
✦ Is NSFW allowed?
This event is only allowing adults to participate. However, NSFW pieces are not accepted for this exchange.
✦ How specific does my prompt need to be?
✧ Since this event involves both artists and writers, please be as specific as possible on your wishlist and include prompts that can work for both art and fics.✧ Make sure to include a variety of prompts on your wishlist so your assigned gifter have plenty of options to chose from! We recommend a min of 5 prompts and a max of 20 in your wishlist!
✦ [WRITERS] What types of gifts are accepted?
The expected written gift type is a traditional fanfiction format. However, if your recipient requested such, feel free to write a different type of gift (a poem, a chat fic or other forms of written works), but keep in mind it is highly advised to keep your gift in the traditional fanfiction format.
✦ [ARTISTS] What types of gifts are accepted?
Digital or traditional illustrations are the expected gift type for an artist to give. You are free to use different formats (collages, comic, animatic, 3D render, etc) if you are sure you can finish it in time for the posting period. Keep your recipient wishes in mind when developing your piece.
Event Schedule
Creation period will start once assignments are given. All gifts should be finished or near complete by the end of November to be ready to share in December!Each check-in will have a timeframe of one week to allow time for submitting progress updates. These check-ins are so we can keep track of who is active and still participating in the event. Failure to submit your work by the check-in deadlines may result in removal from the event.
